SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

Please allow for 3 -5 business days for processing of orders before orders are shipped out for delivery.

Please note: with increase in order volume this maybe subject to change.

Tracking information will be provided upon the fulfillment of the order. Customs duty and fees will not be of the responsibility of The Sweet Place but is the customer's. 

International standard shipping takes 8-10 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to The Sweet Place as a result of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, if the customer was not home for delivery or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. The Sweet Place is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer and no refunds will be provided. Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
The Sweet Place is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. It is of the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate address when entering shipping information. 

 

Damaged or Missing Products:
All items are carefully inspected and securely packed prior to delivery. It is possible for items to shift in transit due to handling by the carrier. However, please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If a product is missing in your order, please contact us immediately at info@thesweetplacex.com. We will not be responsible for replacing damaged or missing items if contacted an extended period of time after delivery has been confirmed.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the intimate nature of our products all sales are final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
